DECRETO N. 7.254, DE 10 DE DEZEMBRO DE 1975
Autoriza a doação de veículos usados ao Fundo de Assistência Social do Palácio do Governo
PAULO EGYDIO MARTINS, GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO, no uso de suas atribuições legais,
Decreta:
Artigo 1.º - Fica autorizada, conforme GG. 2986-75, CAM.
n.s 1130-75 e 1549-75, a doação ao Fundo de
Assistência Social do Palácio do Governo, dos
veículos usados, constantes das relações anexas,
que fazem parte integrante deste decreto pertencentes ao
patrimônio de várias Secretarias do Estado e declarados
excedentes pela DEMEX, da Coordenadoria da Administração
de Material, da Secretaria da Administração.
Artigo 2.° - A Secretaria da Segurança
Pública, por intermédio do Departamento Estadual de
Trânsito, expedira os certificados de propriedades dos
veículos ora doados.
Artigo 3.° - Este decreto entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.
