DECRETO N. 11.694, DE 7 DE JUNHO DE 1978

Dispõe sobre doação de ambulâncias

PAULO EGYDIO MARTINS, GOVERNADOR DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO, no uso de suas atribuições legais e nos termos do inciso I do artigo 19 da Lei n.º 89, de 27 de dezembro de 1972,

Decreta:

Artigo 1.° - Fica autorizada, conforme processo n.° GG 310-78 e de acordo com o que consta da relação anexa, que faz parte integrante deste decreto, a doação, a cada um dos Municípios nela relacionados, de uma ambulânda, no total de 80 (oitenta) veículos, pertencentes ao patrimônio da Secretaria do Governo.
Artigo 2.° - A Secretaria da Segurança Pública, por intermédio de Departamento Estadual de Trânsito, expedira os certificados de propriedade aos veículos ora doados.
Artigo 3.° - Este decreto entrará em vigor na data de sua publicação.
