O projeto do Rotary Clube São Paulo Norte que premiou dissertações elaboradas por alunos de 15 escolas da zona norte da capital, com o tema: "Se você fosse governador por um dia, o que faria para diminuir a violência?", foi o mote do discurso da deputada Rosmary Correa (PMDB). A deputada discorreu, também, sobre o Plano de Segurança Nacional, dizendo que as propostas são medidas a longo prazo e que não existe uma política pública para o setor.
